Your order can be collected by arrangement from Molten Elements studio in Inverbervie.
You will be notified when your purchases are ready for pick up.
Delivery
UK, Ireland & Channel Islands Standard delivery - £3.95
Orders are sent using Royal Mail standard deilvery
Delivery time is 5 to 7 working days from time of dispatch.
International Delivery
We regret that we are unable to offer international delivery at this time but this is subject to change.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days for in stock items. However, we will make every effort to get your order out on the same day. Dispatch time varies for made to order items but we generally aim for dispatch within 14 days. You will be advised fully at the time of ordering. Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will endeavour to meet your deadline.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but should you change your mind for any reason, you will have 14 days from receipt of order to return your goods.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty/damaged. We recommend you use a signed for service as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing or are returned damaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable costs if the items are received other than in accordance with these requirements.
